May Day March: 10,000 Expected Downtown To March For Immigration Reform

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Tens of thousands are expected to descend upon Downtown Los Angeles streets for Sunday's May Day celebrations calling for immigration reform and workers rights.

Marchers will gather at 10 a.m. at Broadway and Olympic for a morning program of music, dancers, politicians and other entertainers.

The march will start at 11:45 a.m. and take participants northbound down Broadway.

It will end at Broadway and 1st Street and will conclude with a rally featuring musical performances and speakers from labor and community groups from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
